TVS Supply Chain Solutions Appoints R Vaidhyanathan as Global CFO

With effect from April 1, R Vaidhyanathan has been named the new Global Chief Financial Officer by the board of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd, which has its headquarters in the city, the company announced.

According to a statement from the integrated supply chain solutions provider, current Global CFO Raviprakash Bhagavathula will assume the role of Head of Strategic Initiatives and be stationed in Singapore. At the company's Board of Directors meeting in the city on Thursday, this decision was made.

Vaidhyanathan has worked for TVS Supply Chain Solutions in a number of capacities before being appointed Deputy Global CFO.

Prior to becoming the CFO of the India division, he began working for the company in January 2019 as Group Financial Controller.

The productivity of the finance function has grown dramatically under his direction, setting the stage for future expansion and improved operational effectiveness.

Vaidhyanathan obtained a postgraduate degree in management from the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

"We also acknowledge Raviprakash Bhagavathula, who has been CFO since 2018 and has been instrumental in helping TVS SCS achieve a successful public listing. We look forward to his leadership in driving our strategic initiatives," Viswanathan said.
